制造业的服务增强研究:起源、现状与发展 被引量:60

摘要 “服务”已成为各国制造业在全球化和知识经济背景下展开竞争的重要手段。近些年,国外学者(尤其是西方发达国家学者)掀起了针对“制造业服务增强”的研究热潮,国内学者也开始跟进,试图从多种角度探讨“服务增强”对中国制造企业在全球化竞争中具有的重要理论和现实意义。本文对“制造业服务增强”研究的起源和现状进行了全面综述,并对未来研究的走向、研究重点及中外研究的差别等问题进行了探讨。作者期望该综述能起到抛砖引玉的作用,推动制造业服务增强研究在中国的深入开展,为中国制造业应对国际分工转移和寻求自身竞争优势提供有益的指导。 Service has become an important competitive instrument in manufacturing industries under the background of knowl-edge- economy and globalization of economics. In recent years, foreign scholars (especially western scholars) have beyun to study the service - enhancement in manufacturing firms. Domestic scholars also follow to investigate from different angles the important theoretical and practical meaning of service - enhancement to Chinese manufacturing firms in global competition. This article summarizes roundly the source and actuality of study on service - enhancement of manufacturing, and discusses its development, emphasis and differences of extant researches.
