摘要
自整角机是某型发动机控制系统中重要的测量元件。提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的自整角机的设计方法,介绍了该型传感器的设计原理、结构和实现方法。试验结果表明:其测量精度高,最大绝对误差≤0.09°,转换速度快,每秒钟能转换50次以上,完全满足发动机控制系统的性能要求。
Adjust-angle transformer is the important measuring component in aeroengine control system. A design method of the automatic adjust-angle transformer based on DSP is proposed, and the structure, design principle and realization of the sensor are mainly introduced. Experimental resuhs demonstrate that its measuring accuracy is high with the maximum absolute error of ≤ 0.09° and its transform speed can be quick with 50 times in one second. So the proposed sensor can be satisfied with aeroengine control system performance.
