论社会主义和谐体育的构建

On Construction of Socialist Harmonious Sport

运用文献资料等研究方法,对构建和谐社会背景下的“和谐体育”进行了探讨。认为:和谐体育是现代体育发展的“关键词”,构建和谐体育是构建和谐社会的题中之义;和谐体育并非是无矛盾的体育;全面、协调和可持续发展是和谐体育的3大特征;和谐体育的目标体系是一个庞大的系统工程;影响和谐体育构建的不和谐因素主要来自社会和体育系统自身等方面。提出坚持与时俱进、以科学发展观为指导,抓住举办2008年奥运会的契机,优化整合体育资源,深化体育体制改革等构建和谐体育的途径。

The research methods of literature etc, were applied to probing into the construction of harmonious sport under the background of harmonious society. It considers that harmonious sport is a key word of the modern sports development, the construction of harmonious st：oft is the necessity of constructing harmonious society; harmonious sport isn＇t a sport without any conflicts; all-round development, coordinative development and sustainable development are the three remarkable characteristics of harmonious sport; the target system of harmonious st：ort is a huge systematical project; and the inharmonious factors that can influence the construction of harmonious sport mainly come from .society, sports organization etc. It also brings forward that it is the channel for constructing harmonious sport to stick to keeping pace with the times, take scientific developmental outlook as guidance, grab at the opportunity of holding the Olympic Games in 2008, better and integrate sports resources, deepen the reform of sports system and so on.
