摘要
课堂教学在现实的学校教育中占据重要地位。通过问卷调查、统计分析,揭示出课堂教学质量教差教师的相关特征,指出不同类型学生对课堂教学质量教差教师的评价具有一致性。针对这些特征提出了改进建议。
The classroom teaching holds an important position in college education. Based on a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper explores the classroom teaching characteristics of teachers with poor teaching performance, and shows that students have accordant evaluation for them. On the basis of the analysis above, it puts forward advice to improve the teaching performance of college teachers.
