Vitapex糊剂和抗生素糊剂治疗乳牙牙髓-根尖周病的疗效评价

A comparison of the effects between Vitapex paste and antibiotic paste in dental pulp-periapical infection of primary teeth

目的观察2种糊剂对乳牙牙髓-根尖周病的治疗效果。方法选择患牙髓-根尖周病的乳牙195颗,随机分成两组,分别进行Vitapex糊剂根管充填和抗生素糊剂空管治疗,随访2年,评价其疗效。结果总治疗有效率Vitapex组为91.42%,抗生素剂组为89.32%。二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂和抗生素糊剂都是比较理想的治疗方法。但是Vitapex糊剂操作简便,更具规范性,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of two materials in treating aentat puip-periapical infeetion of milk teeth, Mehtods, One hundred and ninety-five primary teeth were divided into two groups. Ninety-nine eases were filled with Vitapex paste in test group, and 96 cases with antibiotic paste in contrast group, The outcome of treatment was investigated for two years following treatment, Results The effect rates in group of Vltapex paste and antibiotic paste group were 91.42 % and 89.32 % （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both Vitapex paste filling and antibiotic paste empty eanale treatment are good methods in treating dentle pulp-poriapical infection of primary teeth. But the Vitapex paste is easy to use and more conformable to the standard, so should be used spreadly.
