摘要
在美国Marshek和Chen提出的理论基础上,详细分析了牙轮钻头滑动轴承在不对中情况下与牙轮接触的情形,并采用新的确定两体接触区域的方法,在考虑而体之间摩擦的情况下推导了轴承间隙的一般表达式。通过计算机上运行所编制的仿真模型可以得到任意时刻轴承系统的工作状态、轴承副各部位的接触应力和线性磨损量。用该仿真模型可预测轴承系统寿命和改进轴承结构参数,从而可提高轴承系统的使用寿命。
The contact of the journal bearing of a cone bit with the cone under the condition of malalignement is analyzed in detail,and by using a new tnethod for determining the contact area of two bodies and consi dering the friction between them, the general expression for the bearing clearance is derived.The work ing condition of the bearing system and the contact stress and linear wear on each part of the bearing pair at any moment can be obtained by means of the computer simulation model,and the service life of the bearing system can be predicted and the structural parameters of the bearing can be improved by using the model.
