中学体育艺术类课程教师教学能力结构研究

Study on structure of teaching ability of sports & art teachers in middle schools

运用文献资料法、调查法和统计分析法,对中学体育艺术类课程教师的教学能力结构进行了研究。提出了中学体育艺术类课程教师的课程教学能力结构由课程设计能力、课程组织能力、课程实施能力、课程评价能力、课程整合能力、课程开发能力6部分组成。其中教师比较看重的是课程的实施能力,而课程整合能力和课程开发能力还没有引起教师的足够重视。

The structure of teaching ability of middle school sports ＆ art teachers was studied through the methods of literature study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It was pointed out that the structure was composed of the ability of course design,organization of course implemenation evaluation, conformity, and exploitation. Most teachers attached importance to implement ability but ignored the importance of conformity ability and exploitation ability.
