摘要
以冷榨技术获取88%.92%的荠蓝籽压榨油,采用磷酸脱胶-干法脱胶-脱色-脱酸脱臭工艺实现荠蓝籽油的物理精炼,得到了占压榨油收率95.5%的精炼荠蓝籽油。荠蓝籽油脂肪酸组成中,n-3不饱和脂肪酸α-亚麻酸含量达到34.5%,必需脂肪酸(n-6系列的亚油酸、花生四烯酸和n-3系列的α-亚麻酸)达到53.9%,各种不饱和脂肪酸含量达91%,荠蓝籽油是一种高价值食用植物油。
88% - 92% pressed oil from Camelina sativa seed was obtained with cold pressing. Camelina sativa oil with 95.5 % refining yield was got by using phosphorus acid deguming - dry deguming - bleaching - physical purifying process to deacidfy and deodor. In Camelina sativa oil, the α- linolenic acid( 18:3n - 3PUFA) content was 34.5%, essential PUFA( 18: 3 n - 3 a - linolenic acid and 18 : 2 n - 6 linolenic acid, etc) content was 53.9 %, unsaturated fatty acid content was 91%. Camelina sativa oil is a super- value edible oil.
