摘要
针对钻井作业过程中的井涌和井漏,研制了钻井液液面监测与自动灌浆装置。该装置通过超声波液面监测器监测钻井液罐液面的变化,判断钻井过程中是否发生井涌和井漏。通过自动数钻杆机构,结合溢流检测器、计量罐液面监测器和灌注砂泵,实现在起下钻过程中自动灌注或停注钻井液。现场应用表明,监测器能达到0·1m^3的精度,能正确判断起钻和下钻状态。
In consideration of the problems of well kick and lost circulation in drilling operation, a device is developed for detecting drill fluid level and automatic grouting. It is deployed to detect the fluid level changes and judge if well kick and lost circulation are induced in well drilling with an ultrasonic fluid level monitor. Through an automatic drill pipe counting mechanism and in combination with overflow detector, a fluid level monitor on the metering tank, filling pump, automatic fluid charging and kick and lost circulation judgment are implemented in trip, at the same time, the device can be used to reduce the labor intensity of field operators and human misoperation and ensure a safety operation.
