On the research of the administration of modern police since the 1990s

我国举办近代意义上的警政已逾百年,改革开放以来,史学界对近代警政建设的研究渐趋活跃,争论的问题涉及方方面面。90年代以来,涉及近代警政领域的相关研究,主要集中在警察制度的创立、警察教育的发展、社会贤达与警政、警政的现代化、经费问题等方面。总体看来,成就十分显著。

The administration of modern police has been held for one hunderd years in our country. Since reform and opening- up, the domestic historiography circle is active gradually in this field, the question in dispute involves every aspect. In the past ten years, relevant researchs concentrate mainly on the fields of the founding of police system,the developing of police education, the relation between the administration of modern police and outstanding class of the society,the modernizing of the administration of modern police and the outlay on modern police. It seems overallly that the achievement is very remarkable.
