摘要
目的:评价Q值引导个体化准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(F-CAT)治疗近视的疗效。方法:回顾性分析接受F-CAT手术的近视患者32例(64眼)和同期接受标准LASIK手术(SWO-LASIK)29例(58眼),对2组的疗效进行比较。结果:两组术后屈光度和裸眼视力差异无显著性意义(t检验,P>0.05)。角膜前表面6mm直径内球差增加值,F-CAT组为1.05±0.76μm,S-LASIK组为1.26±0.83μm,差异有显著性意义(t检验,P<0.05)。目标Q值为F-CAT组的显著性影响因素(决定系数0.65,F=4.276,P=0.043),S-LASIK组为屈光度和Q1值(标准回归系数分别为-0.526和0.258)。结论:F-CAT可以有效减轻术后球差提高视觉质量。
AIM: To investigate the clinical effects of Q-value guided-customized LASIK (Fine adjusted-customized ablation treatment, F-CAT) for myopia.
METHODS: Sixty-four eyes underwent Q-value-guided LASIK and 58 eyes received standard LASIK surgery (Standard wavefront optimized-module, SOW-LASIK). Besides visual acuity and refractions, the corneal spherical aberrations (CSA) were also compared after surgery.
RESULTS: The postoperative visual acuity and refractions were not significantly different between the F-CAT group and S-LASIK group (t -test,P〉0.05). Increasing value of CSA was 1.05±0.76μm in F-CAT group and 1.26±0.831J m in S-LASIK group, which were significantly different between the two groups (t-test, P〈0.05). The main affected factor of CSA was target Q-value in F-CAT group and the diopter in S-LASIK group.
CONCLUSION: Patients underwent F-CAT have lower CSA and better quality of vision after surgery than SOW-LASIK patients.
