利用豆渣黄浆水发酵生产核黄素的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以工业豆渣黄浆为主要原料,利用阿氏假囊酵母生产核黄素。对发酵生产核黄素的工艺条件进行优化,并对影响核黄素产率的营养因素及生产核黄素的影响能力进行了研究。经正交实验得出该阿氏假囊酵母菌种利用豆渣的最佳培养基,在28℃发酵培养13d,核黄素产量达到最高。 In this article, the production of riboflavin with waste water or residues of food industry by eremothecium ashbyii was studied. Results of the orthogonal test showed that the optimum culture medium comprises 15 g resides of bean curd production, 4.5 g wheat bran, 4.5 g millet, 3.0g corn and supplemented with 81 ml H20, pH 6. 5. The optimum ferment temperature was observed at 28℃. The maximum amount of Riboflavin was found approximately on 13th day.
