摘要
我国传统的教师教育体系与国际教师教育一体化的发展趋势已不相称。针对教师教育一体化的内涵进行了讨论,并就推进我国教师教育一体化改革建议如下:重新整合现有的教师教育资源,探索适合我国国情的教师教育机构;设置职前培养、入职教育和职后培训相互贯通的课程体系;改革教师教育全程各阶段的培养模式;建立完整的教育专业学位体系;为教师个人设立教育档案。
The traditional system of the teachers' education in our country has not been symmetric to the development tendency of the integration of the international teachers' education. This article discusses the connotation of the integration of the teachers' education, and puts forward several pieces of advice for advancing the reformation of the integration of the teachers' education as follows: readjust the existing resources of teachers' education, and establish the institution of the teachers' education to suit our national condition; set the system of integrative curriculum which inosculate the cultivation before accession, the accession education and the training after accession; reform the cultivation pattern of the entire journey of the teachers' education; establish integrated educational, specialized system of the degree ; and establishes the educational files for everyone of the teachers.
