摘要
高等教育大众化后,高校毕业生就业市场供需“失衡”,毕业生就业竞争不可避免。“就业竞争力”是大众化教育阶段反思毕业生就业差异提出的概念,竞争出评价,不同的评价模式有不同的评价指标,通过对指标体系的解读,可以有针对性地提出提高毕业生就业竞争力的思路与举措。
After the popularization of the higher education, the market of university graduates' occupation loses the balance. It's impossible to avoid the occupation competition among university graduates. "Occupation competence" is a concept of introspecting the occupation differences of the graduated during the popularization education phase. Evaluation is along with competition. Different evaluation modes have different indices. By studying the evaluation indices, we can raise some ideas and methods to improve graduates' occupation competence pertinently.
