摘要
介绍一种同时提取菜籽油与菜籽蛋白的新工艺,它包含菜籽处理、菜油提取、菜籽蛋白提取3个部分。菜籽处理采用传统机械破碎与现代酶解技术相结合的方法来瓦解、崩溃菜籽细胞,创造出有利的出油、出蛋白质条件。同时,在新工艺流程中,采用萃取、超滤等现代分离技术提取菜籽油与菜籽蛋白质,不仅可以得到高质高量的菜油,还可以得到优质的菜籽蛋白质。
A new technology included three steps that were the treatment of rapeseed, the extraction of rapeseed oil and the extraction of rapeseed protein, was put forward to extract the rapeseed oil and protein at one time. In the step of rapeseed treatment, the traditional physical grinding and the new enzymatic degradation method were used to break down the cell of rapeseed and to provide the better condition for the extraction of rapeseed oil and proteir~ By using a series of modem technology such as extraction and ultrafiltration, both the high quality of rapeseed oil and the rapeseed protein with high quality and quantity could be obtained with this new technology.
