本文认为,要素使用权交易行为影响着各要素主体的行为决策,并最终影响到由微观到宏观的整个国家竞争力综合系统。解析我国企业的要素使用权交易行为模式,是解决我国竞争力现状、实现经济增长方式转变的重要环节。

In nature, economical activities in firms are the transaction of factors usufruct. The theory of competence in the past did not pay much attention on the systematic effects of transactional behavior on finn＇s competence and nation＇s overall competence. Some scholars regard＂bcnefit＂as＂efficiency＂,which encourages the firm＇s competence model that obviously has a short-run tendency. In this paper, transaction of factors usufruct affects the behavior choice of the owner of factors, and eventually affects the overall system of competence from microcosmic to macroscopic view, The analysis of behavior model of transaction of factors usufruct in Chinese finns, is one of the main theoretical tache in the process of explaining and resolving the change of the path of economical growth in China.
