产品流——构建广义企业PLMS的新方法

Product Flow——a New Approach to Establish PLM of Allied Enterprise

介绍了产品全生命周期管理(PLM)技术背景、国内外研究应用现状。结合现代企业生产现状和未来发展趋势,讨论了PLM的技术定位,提出了构建PLM系统的新方法———产品流。详细论述了建立产品流的PEORRC产品主模型结构、产品流概念及其模型,以及产品流的意义。给出了以产品流为基础的生命视图管理实现PLM系统的方法与总体框架。论述的产品流理论方法对开发企业级或广义企业级PLM系统具有参考价值。

In this paper, background of brought forward PLM technology and actuality of research ＆ apply about it in internal ＆ overseas is introduced. Considering the status of manufacturing and the trend of future development of modern enterprises, technology orientation is discussed. Product flow a new approach to establish PLM of Allied Enterprise is brought forward. The PEORRC product master model to eatablish Product flow, conception of Product flow and model, effect of Product flow is build up in detail. The approaches and system structure of PLM based on the product flow theory is put forward with life-view management. The method presented in this paper has reference value to developing the PLMS of enterprise or united enterprise.
