糖尿病患者血清胰岛素、性激素与脂质变化相互关系的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的为探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血清脂质、胰岛素与性激素变化异常间的关系。方法检测了40例50岁以上NIDDM患者血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平及胰岛素、脂质和空腹血糖的变化,并与健康对照组比较,观察II型糖尿病患者性激素与脂质、胰岛素和空腹血糖的关系。结果发现男性患者E2升高,E2/T比值显著增高;女性患者E2降低,E2/T显著降低,伴高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗。E2/T与空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)呈正相关,与总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关;T与HDL-C呈正相关,与甘油三酯(TG)呈负相关。结论提示NIDDM患者存在严重的性激素失调、脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗。 Objective To investigate the relationship among the changes of serum sex hormones, insulin and lipids in non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM)patients. Methods The changes of the levels of estradiol (E2)and testosterone(T), insulin, lipids and lasting blood glucose were determined in 40 patients(above 50 years old)with NIDDM patients. Results The results showed that E2/T ratio was obviously increased with the decrease of T in male patients,while Ee level was significantly decreased with the increase of T in female patients,with high insulinemia and insulin resistance. E2/W was positively related with fast blood glucose(FBG),fast serum insulin(FINS), but was negatively with total cholesterol(TC)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C). T was negatively related with triglyceride(TG) ,but was positively related with HDL-C. Conclusion It was suggested that there might be a severe sex hormone imbalance,lipid metabolic disorder and insulin resistance in NIDDM patients.
