政府在构建社会主义和谐社会中的责任向度

Government's responsibility on the construction of socialism harmonious society

作为一个新的执政理念,构建和谐社会既反映了人民的根本利益和共同愿景,也面临着一系列的问题和挑战,而这正是政府所需要应对和解决的。本文从政治学的视角,以分析和谐社会所饱含的价值意蕴及其面临的问题和挑战为切入视角,对政府在构建社会主义和谐中应担负的责任进行了系统的分析和论述。认为,政府应该担负起四个向度的基本责任,即:政治责任、行政责任、道义责任、法律责任。

As a new governing idea, the constrution of harmonious society not only represents people＇s fundamental interest but also faces lots of problems and challenges which need government to solve or deal with. With political vision and by analyzing harmonious society＇s value and challenge, this paper makes a systematical analysis and research on how the government take its essence responsibilities which refers to politics, administration, morality and law to construct the socialism harmonious society.
