摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT仿真内窥镜技术(CTVE)在诊断膀胱肿瘤中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实的26例膀胱肿瘤的影像学资料。CT检查方法是导尿管抽出尿液后,向膀胱内注入气体行螺旋CT扫描,图像传至工作站,行三维仿真内窥镜重建。结果CTVE检查发现膀胱肿瘤26例,检出36个结节;而轴位图像仅发现18例,检出26个结节。其中18例行膀胱癌切除术,8例行膀胱镜电切术。结论CTVE对膀胱肿瘤的检测是一种无创而有效的方法,对腔内病变敏感性较高。
Objective To investigate diagnostic value of computed tomography virtual cystoscopy (CTVE) in detecting bladder cancer. Methods 26 patients with bladder cancer proved by surgical and pathological methods were retrospectively analyzed with their imaging data. Urine was withdrawn from bladder of the patients and gas was input in order to perform spiral CT scan. Images were transferred to working station for undergoing 3D virtual cystoscopy reconstruction. Results CTVE detected 36 nodular lesions in 26 bladder tumors in contrast to 26 nodular lesions in 18 patients found by axis-position imaging. 18 patients subsequently underwent carcinomectomy and 8 underwent cystoscopic electrotomy. Conclusion CTVE is a non-invasive and useful method to detect bladder cancer and is very sensitive to in-cavity lesions.
