将300只1日龄艾维茵雏鸡随机分为5组。Ⅰ组为加味玉屏风散(YPFP)+环磷酰胺(CY),Ⅱ组为左旋咪唑+CY,Ⅲ组为YPFP,Ⅳ组为CY,Ⅴ组为正常对照组。检测雏鸡红细胞免疫功能、全血GSH-Px活性、血浆SOD活性、血浆MDA浓度及体重。结果显示,YPFP能显著提高正常雏鸡RBC-CR1R,增强GSH-Px和SOD活性,降低血浆MDA的浓度,并能拮抗CY诱导的雏鸡RBC-CR1R降低、RBC-ICR升高、GSH-Px和SOD活性下降以及MDA浓度升高。相关研究发现,血浆SOD活性与RBC-CR1R呈正相关,与RBC-ICR呈负相关;而MDA浓度与RBC-CR1R呈负相关,与RBC-ICR呈正相关。试验证明,YPFP能明显增强雏鸡红细胞的免疫功能,提高雏鸡体内抗氧化酶活性,具有抗自由基损伤作用;YPFP能使雏鸡生长加快,体重增加。
To investigate the effect of Plus Yupingfeng Powder(YPFP) on immune function of red blood cell (RBC) and oxygen free radical(OFR) in chickens and to study correlation between them, 300 one-day-old chickens were divided randomly into 5 groups of 60 each. Chickens in different group were given different medicine:Group I was given YPFP and cyclophosphamide(CY), Group Ⅱ was given levamisole and CY, GroupⅢ was given YPFP, GrouplV was given CY, and Group V was given physiological saline solution. Then the immune function of RBC, activity of blood GSH-Px and plasma SOD, content of plasma MDA, and body weight were examined. YPFP could increase ratio of RBC-CR1 rosette,enhance the activity of blood GSH-Px and plasma SOD, and reduce the content of plasma MDA significantly. Cyclophosphamide could induce RBC-CR1 rosette ratio to decrease and RBC-IC rosette ratio to increase, the activity of blood GSH-Px and plasma SOD to decrease,and the content of plasma MDA to increase. But all the above changes could be antagonized by YPFP. Results of correlation study indicated that the activity of plasma SOD was positively related with the RBC-CR1 R, but negatively related with the RBC-ICR, and the content of plasma MDA was negatively related with RBC-CR1 R, but was positively related with RBC-ICR. The results showed that YPFP can increase the immune function of RBC, enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes, resist damage of the redundant OFR, and enhance growth of chickens, significantly.
