摘要
通过实验、对比、归纳整理的方法,进一步验证“乒乓乐”健身法对提高练习者身体素质具有明显效果,是一种较好的健身方法.
By means of experiences, contrasts and inductions, this article try to testify that "Pingpang-le" is really effective in improving the physical qualities of the play and consequently a better way for body-building.
