摘要
介绍了用于烧结齿轮成(整)形阴模设计计算的变位法和变模数法,给出了应用变模数法设计计算成(整)形阴模的整个过程.认为变模数法可明显提高烧结齿轮精度、改善成品质量、降低生产成本.
This article gives an introduction to the application of profile shift and variable modulus method to designing the compacting mould for gears sinter. The designing and calculating steps have been listed in details. By using this method, both the precision and quality of gears sinter can be improved and the production cost can be reduced.
