摘要 本文详细介绍了基于TMS320VC5510A和MSP430F149的通用型嵌入式语音平台的硬件设计与实现,本平台不仅具有对语音信号进行实时的复杂编解码处理能力,还具有低功耗和硬件加密等特点。该硬件平台已经作为实用模块广泛的应用到了语音编码和语音合成领域。 In this paper, a detailed description about the hardware design of general speech process platform is present. Duel to its low power consumption, security design and powerful digital processing ability, the platform has been wildly used in variety application such as speech coding and speech synthesizing.
