摘要 以L-赖氨酸为原料,先制备NΕ-苄氧羰基-L-赖氨酸,光气法合成NΕ-苄氧羰基-L-赖氨酸-N-羧酸酐,并以三乙胺为引发剂,在氯仿中引发聚合,生成聚(NΕ-苄氧羰基赖氨酸),经无水溴化氢脱苄得到聚-L-赖氨酸。其聚合度由黏度法测定,化学结构由IR1、H NMR证实,聚(NΕ-苄氧羰基赖氨酸)和聚-L-赖氨酸分子均以Α-螺旋构型存在。由本法制备的聚-L-赖氨酸可获很好的产率(>70%),其相对分子质量由单体/引发剂摩尔比控制。 ε-Z-lys was prepared by a reaction of L-Lysine with carbobenzoyloxy chloride, Lys (Z)-NCA was synthesized by a reaction of ε-Z-lys with triphosgene in THF. Poly-L-lysine (Z) [ PLL ( Z ) ] was polymerized by initiation of ethylamine (TEA) in chloroform. Poly-L-lysine (PLL) was obtained by a deprotecting reaction with anhydrous hydrogen bromide. The polymerization degree was measured by viscosimetry. The chemical structure of PLL was characterized by IR and ^1H NMR. The results demonstrated that PLL can be prepared by this procedure with good yied (more than 70% ) and its molecular weight can be controlled by adjusting the molar ratio of monomer to initiator. It was showed that PLL (Z) and PLL molecules existed in a-helix polypeptide in films.
