摘要
采用摇瓶培养方法对真姬菇的深层培养条件进行了研究。结果表明,真姬菇深层培养的最佳条件是:转速120r/min.温度25℃,pH值4.0-7.0(一般不需调pH值),接种量为15ml左右(500ml锥形瓶,150ml瓶装量),瓶装量为150ml(500ml锥形瓶),发酵终点为培养后7d。
In this paper, the submerged culture conditions for Hypsizigus marmoreus were studied with the method of shake flask. The results showed that the optimum submerged culture conditions for Hypsizigus marmoreus were listed as follows: the stirring speed at 120 r/min, temperattrre at 25 ℃, pH at 4.0-7.0(not necessary to regulate), inoculation volume at about 15 ml(500 ml erlemeyer flask, aeration ratio at 150 ml), the aeration ratio at 150 ml (500 ml erlenneyer flask), and the fermentative period on the 7th day.
