高校学生党建工作是新形势下加强学生思想政治工作的核心和最有效的途径,对于维护高校稳定,加强党对学生工作的领导,起着极其重要的作用。然而,随着改革开放的进一步深入,高校学生党建工作中出现了一些诸如高校学生党建工作体制与高校改革不适应、党建工作评估机制不健全、学生党员教育管理跟不上形势等亟待解决的新情况、新问题。因此,探索适应迅速变化着的新环境、新现象、新要求的教育方法,增强思想教育内容的针对性,拓展加强学生党员的教育管理的途径,对于进一步加强和改进高校学生党建工作显得十分重要和迫切。

The Party building among cortege students is the core and the most effective way in strengthening students＇ political ideology in the new period. It plays an important role in promoting college stability and strengthening the leading role of the Party in student work in particular. However, with the deepening of ＂the reform and opening up＂, some new problems have emerged in Party building, such as the failure of adopting Party building System to the college reform, the inadequacy of the evaluation on Party building mechanism, the student Party members＇ education and administration failing to keep pace up with the new situation etc. Therefore it is very important and urgent to explore education methods in the new environment, to study the changing phenomena and requirements, to define the specific aims of ideological and political education, and to extend and enhance the education and administration of student Party members in order to strengthen and improve college student Party building.
