摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,利用二步法制备低密度SiO2凝胶。研究不同溶液配比对凝胶化过程的影响,分析C2H5OH、(CH3)2CO和CH3CN为稀释溶剂形成凝胶的特点,结合CO2超临界干燥处理,制备出密度小于10kg/m3的超低密度SiO2气凝胶,并与传统一步法制备的SiO2气凝胶进行了结构比较。
Low density SiO2 gels are prepared by a two-step sol-gel process from TEOS. The influence of various solution ratios oil the gelation process is investigated. The comparative characterization of gels using different solvent, such as ethanol, acetone and methyl cyanide, is also given. The ultralow-density SiO2 aerogels with density less than 10 kg/m3 are prepared by CO2 supercritical drying technique. The structure difference between SiO2 aerogels prepared by conventional singlestep process and the two-step process is also presented.
