勤工助学,不仅仅是给贫困生一些经济补助,更重要的是,在勤工助学工作实践中,通过对勤工助学同学的教育、引导、管理和帮助,培养他们的能力,锻炼他们的意志,提高他们的综合素质。文章介绍了图书馆开展勤工助学工作的一些做法和取得的成效。

Part-time-job and part-time-study project has provided financial aids for students under the poverty line. Through the experience of part-time-jobs and with the guidance and assistance fi＇om school administration, university students have achieved significant improvements in interpersonal-skills and comprehensive capability. This paper has introduced effective methods and achievements in the part-time-job project held by the university libraries.
