摘要
对水产饲料外喷涂悬浮液的制备及其稳定性进行了研究。选取对虾饲料为研究对象,以大豆油为连续相,添加VC,VA和胃蛋白酶,机械搅拌,转速150 r/m in,时间15 m in。添加不同组合的分散剂,以粘度和沉降率测定悬浮液稳定性,发现单硬脂酸甘油脂和山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯的组合对体系的稳定性最佳。
The preparation and stability of an out-spayed suspension for aquatic animal feeds were studied, The feed for prawn was chosen as a research object and the soybean oil was as the continuum, Vitamin C and A as well as pepsin were added into the suspension. The suspension was prepared by mechanical stirring with a rotating speed of 150 r/min for 15 min. After different kinds of combined dispersants were added into the suspension, the stability of the suspension was measured in accordance with viscosity and sedimentation rate. It was found that the best combination was glyeeryl monostearate and sorbitan monostearate.
