摘要
分析了大豆蛋白纤维的物理化学性质,以及保险粉、过氧化氢和过氧乙酸的性质,比较了3种试剂漂白大豆纤维织物的漂白效果,认为过氧乙酸是一种新型的环境友好的氧化漂白剂,漂白过程可在中性(pH值=6~7)和较低的温度(70℃)下进行,对于耐热性较差,耐碱性不及耐酸性的大豆蛋白纤维,选择过氧乙酸漂白工艺更适合。讨论了影响过氧乙酸漂白大豆纤维的工艺因素。
This paper discussed that the principle and processing parameters of soybean protein fiber fabric bleached with peracetic acid (PAA),according to the properties of the soybean protein fiber and the bleaching agents, Na2S2O4, H2O2 or peraeetic acid (PAA). Compared, PAA is superior to the others for bleaching the soybean protein fiber which has weakly thermal stability, and resistance to alkali inferior to acid, as it is a new ecofriendly bleaching agent, and can bleach the fiber in neutral bath, pH=6~7,and relatively lower temperature, 70℃.
