摘要
目的:探讨心理素质训练对军人应对方式的影响.方法:采用整群抽样方式随机抽取某集团军官兵380人作为被试对象,有效人数训练组(n=152人),对照组(n=160人).训练组分成若干小组进行心理素质训练,对照组进行常规军政训练.训练前后分别测量两组被试对象的应对方式,并进行比较分析.结果:心理素质训练后,①训练组军人的应对方式中解决问题因子分显著高于对照组;自责、退避因子分显著低于对照组;②训练组士兵的应对方式中解决问题、求助因子分显著高于对照组;自责、退避因子分显著低于对照组;③训练组军官的应对方式中合理化、求助因子分显著高于对照组;幻想因子分显著低于对照组.结论:心理素质训练能改善军人的应对方式,提高心理健康水平.
AIM: To explore the effect of mental quality training on the coping style of military personnel. METHODS: Three hundred eighty servicemen were randomly divided into the intervention group, which was randomly subdivided into 6 groups ( 30- 32 person per subgroup) and received mental quality training (n = 152) and the control group, which received normal training (n = 160), and coping style scale was used before and after the intervention. RESULTS: After mental quality training, problem solving factor of the training group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and self-denial and avoidance factors of the training group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Problem solving and help seeking factors of the training group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The rationalization and help seeking factors of the officers in the training group were significantly higher than those of the control group while their fantasy factor was significantly lower than that of the control group. CONCLUSION: The mental quality training is a good and important way to improve the coping styles of military personnel.
