用铸造缺陷修补机焊补铸铁件的渗漏缺陷

用铸造缺陷修补机对灰铁HT250、球铁QT500试块,以及2件HT250泵体、3件QT500阀体渗漏缺陷进行了焊补试验,并对焊补效果进行检测和显微分析,结果证明用铸造缺陷修补机焊补灰铁、球铁铸件缺陷的焊补质量良好、可靠。
