输尿管结石的临床分类及治疗方案选择

ESWL and open surgery for ureteral stones

１９２４例输尿管结石采用了ＥＳＷＬ和（或）手术治疗。比较其治疗结果、住院天数、费用后，提出按结石大小、停留时间、ＩＶＵ显影情况等，对输尿管结石进行临床分类；强调造影剂能通过的输尿管结石应首选ＥＳＷＬ治疗，而结石嵌顿时间长，肾功能差的Ⅲ类结石不宜采用ＥＳＷＬ治疗。

cases of ureteral stones were treated by ESWL and(or) open surgery.The therapeutic result, time of hospitalization and financial expanses were compared.The stones were grouped into different categories according to the size of stone,the time of being locked at the site and the urogram findings,It was suggested that ESWL should be the treatment of choice if the contrast medium.could pass around the stone on urogram.In case the stone has been locked there for a considerable time and the renal function impaired,open surgery should be considered.
