摘要
应用单光子发射型计算机断层显像系统(singlephotonemissioncomputedtomography,SPECT)对不同容量反复2次部分肝切除后大鼠肝脏体积及肝血流量作动态测定。结果表明:首次切肝量较小的大鼠对反复部分肝切除耐受性较好,A组2次肝切除术后肝再生速率明显优于B、C组(P<0.01)。SPECT具有测量准确、重复性好、无创伤、可定量的特点。
Single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) was used to measure the volume and blood flow of rat liver which was excised twice with different hepatectomic volumes,The results showed that the rat with less liver volume being removed at first operation could bear repeated hepatectomies better.The liver regenerative rate of group A after two hepatectomies was significantly higher than that of group B,C,P<0.01.SPECT has the advantages of being accurate,repeatable,quantitatable and noninvasive.
