改善中国农业用水管理的对策研究

Study of Improving Management of Agricultural Water in China

分析了我国农业水资源利用的低效率状况,指出了我国农业用水管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策:即设计节水激励机制、改善水利工程管理、完善有利于农业产业化和城市化的各项制度。

This paper expounds low efficiency of agricultural water utilization in china, analyses the problems in management of agricultural water, and put forward the relative proposals. The proposals include designing water saving inspiring mechanism, reforming the management on irrigation, improving the regimes which are helpful to industrialization of agriculture and urbanization.
