摘要
在较宽的剪切速率范围内,系统测试了3种特高分子量部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)聚合物溶液的宏观流变曲线,分析了聚合物的宏观流变特征及其随聚合物分子量及浓度、温度和压力的变化规律。用2参数的Powe—Law模型和4参数的Cross流变模型对所测得的流变数据进行拟合处理,确定了描述聚合物溶液宏观流变性的流变模型,建立了流变参数随浓度和温度变化的关系式。从而,为聚合物驱数值模拟、动态预测和矿场工程设计提供了重要的依据。
The macro - Theological data (i.e. apparent viscosities vs. shear rates) were measured by using a Haake rheometer for HP AM polymer solutions. Two rheological models (Power-Law and Cross) were well matched with the data measured. Effects of molecular weight, concentration, temperature and pressure on the macro - rheological characterization of polymer solutions were also analysed in order to provide basis of numerical simulation and performance prediction as well as engineering design for a pilot test.
