输尿管镜下钬激光治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的有效性和安全性。方法:应用输尿管镜直视下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石梗阻并急性肾功能衰竭13例。结果:术后患者血清BUN,Cr均恢复正常或接近正常,尿量恢复,结石排净率92.3%(12/13)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光治疗上尿路结石性梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭,具有安全、疗效可靠、损伤小、能同时处理双侧输尿管病变的优点,可作为急性梗阻性肾衰的首选治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for treating ureteral calculi combined with acute renal failure. Methods Ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy was used in 13 cases of ureteral calculi. Results After the operation the serum Bun and Cr levels in the patients decreased to different degrees or returned to normal and the stone free rate was up to 92.3% ( 12/13 ). Conclusion The ureteroscopic holmium : YAG laser lithotripsy can be the first choice for the upper urinary tract obstruction associated with acute renal failure ,due to its safety and efficiency. It can also deal with the double sites of ureteral diseases.
