摘要
以含氟丙烯酸酯和高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯为原料,采用自由基引发乳液聚合方法,以二元单体共聚合成了含氟高分子乳液。在进行乳液聚合时,对乳化剂、引发剂及用量,分散体系等作了优选。同时,确定了合理的反应温度、时间及氮气保护等要素.
Under raclical polymerization,fluoric polymer emulsion was prepared by dimer copolymerization with fluoric acrylic ester and high carbon alcohols acrylic ester,what is optimized in this paper are the kind of emulsifier,the Rind and the amount of initiatior and the system of dispersion.In the meantime,the factors such as the ralional reactive temperature as well as time,the protection of N2,are deter mined.
