摘要
及时总结和进一步完善骨干教师培训工作,对中学骨干教师继续教育培训模式进行有效的探索十分必要。结合中学学科骨干教师市级培训研究与实验,对中学骨干教师培训实践进行反思,并客观的总结几年来培训研究与实验的成果,探讨中学学科骨干教师暨新课程师资培训工作存在的问题及对策,对同类院校实践中学骨干教师培训、新课程师资及培训者的培训教学模式有一定的借鉴意义。
it is extremely necessary to sum up and improve the task of middle-school key teacher's training and to probe efficiently into the pattern of continuing education for key teachers. On the basis of the research and experiment from the city-grade training course for middle-school key teachers of different subjects, the author reflects on the practice of the training course and makes a conclusion objectively. The author probes into the problem which exists in the training course for key teachers and qualified teachers for the new course, and present its measures as well. This paper might be helpful to brother schools to carry out their pattern of training course for key teachers and qualified teachers for the new course.
