摘要
以养殖大黄鱼为研究对象,分别注射酵母-β1,3-葡聚糖和不同取代度的羧甲基葡聚糖,以血清蛋白含量、血淋巴和肝脏中酚氧化酶(PO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比活力为指标,综合比较-β1,3-葡聚糖和不同取代度的羧甲基葡聚糖对养殖大黄鱼的免疫刺激活性。结果显示:-β1,3-葡聚糖可以迅速提高大黄鱼血清蛋白含量、血清和肝脏中PO以及血细胞中SOD酶活水平,但持续时间较短;羧甲基葡聚糖对大黄鱼的免疫增强活性并非随取代度的升高而增加,取代度为0.732的羧甲基葡聚糖能持续、显著地提高大黄鱼血清及血细胞中的PO和SOD活力。
Pseudosciaaa crocea can be stimulated by injection β-1,3-glucan and its carboxylmethyl-glucan (CMG). The immunological stimulation activity of β-1,3-gluean and CMG on Pseudosciana croeea were compared by determining the contents of serum protein and phenoloxidase (PO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the blood and lever in Pseudosciana crocea. Results showed that β-1,3-glucan could quickly enhance the serum protein, PO activity in the serum and lever, SOD activity in the blood corpusal in Pseudosciana crocea, but the duration was shorter. CMG significantly improved the immune enzyme activity of Pseudoseiana crocea, but the immunological stimulation activity of CMG did not increase with increasing degree of substitution(DS). CMG with 0.732 DS could obviously enhanced PO and SOD activities in the serum and blood corpusal in Pseudosciana crocea. Moreever, its duration was longer.
