摘要
提出四个用工合同的比例模型,这些模型建立在人力资源管理学中的人员流动理论基础上,同时还考虑了技术更新对员工提出的新要求,及员工队伍的稳定性要求.其中3个模型基于最大满意度,而另一个模型基于价值最大化.利用这些模型,决策者可以根据自己的侧重,按照可利用的资源情况,确定各参数的值,容易地求出最优的用工合同比例.
Four models of the proportions of contract types are given in this paper, all of which are based on the theory of undertaking transfer of personnel. In addition, technology update and personnel stability are considered. Three of the four models are based on maximizing the degree of satisfaction,while the other one pursues the maximum of profit. By using these models, decision maker can obtain an optimal proportion easily on his or her own preference after determined all the parameters, considering the current resources.
