摘要
以IEC 61850标准建模的核心思想为基础,提出了在实时应用平台(RTAP)上建立变电站监控主站模型的方法并开发完成了相应的模型生成工具。RTAP特有的面向对象的特点与标准的建模思想完全一致,建立的数据模型能够满足变电站自动化系统对自动化设备实时数据的获取与控制的功能要求。建模的过程也完全体现了标准的核心思想,如面向对象、逻辑节点的任意配置、公共数据类及逻辑节点模板的动态建立等。
A modeling method of supervisor control and data acquisition (SCADA) is put forward and a configuration tool is developed in conformity with the IEC 61850's standard kernel ideas based on the real-time application platform (RTAP), By combining with the object-oriented characteristic of RTAP, a method is put forward to model the intelligent electronic device (IED) for the SCADA system. This model can meet the requirements on real-time supervision and control of substation deviees. The modeling process is also a reflection of the standard' s crucial ideas, such as object orientation, flexible configuration of logical nodes, common data classes and the dynamic construction of the logical node template,
