天麻提取物的抗氧化活性与其天麻素含量相关性研究

Relationship Between Antioxidant Activity and Gastrodin Content of Gastrodia elata Blume

大量文献报道天麻素是天麻多种活性的主要有效成分,但天麻素的一些活性没有天麻提取物高.为了开发天麻抗衰老和对神经系统的保护与修复功能,考察了天麻提取物抗氧化活性与其天麻素含量相关性.结果表明,粗提物及20%EtOH洗脱液清除自由基活性最强,但60%EtOH洗脱液的天麻素含量最高,提示天麻素不一定是天麻抗氧化的主要有效成分.

Gastrodin was reported to be responsible for most of activities of Gastrodia elata Blume, but it was not deserved for some activities under some circumstances. In order to develop anti-aging and neuroprotection of Gastrodia clara Blume, the relationship of antioxidant activity to Gastrodin content of Gastrodia elata Blume was observed in the present study. It showed that total extracts and 20% ethanol extracts displayed the strongest antioxidant activities among tested samples; but 60% ethanol extracts contained the most amount of gastrodin among tested samples, which suggested there would be some other components, other than gastrodin, to be mainly responsible for the antioxidant activity of Gastrodia elata Blume in vitro.
