摘要
学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育在学习型社区建设中各具独特的地位和作用。正确认识这一问题,并形成学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育之合力,有利于促进学习型社区的建设。目前,学习型社区建设过程中三教合作方面存在着教育对象单一、三教地位不合理、教育资源匮乏、教育实效性差等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了扩大教育对象、协调三教力量、增加教育投入、提高教育实效等改进策略。
Recognizing that school education, family education and community education each has its unique status and function in the construction of learning community, and forming resultant force of these three kinds of education will help to promote the construction of the learning community. At present, there are problems on the cooperation of the three types of education in the course of the construction of learning community, such as the lack of diversity of education objects, the irrational status of the three kinds of education, the deficiency of education resources and the inferior actual effect of education etc. To counter these problems, the paper puts forwards a few available strategies, which include enlarging education objects, coordinating the strength of the three kinds of education, increasing education investment and improving the actual effect of education etc.
