摘要
用正交试验法研究了纳米碳化钨粉末制备过程中不同炭源、碳化温度和碳化时间对产品物相及晶粒度的影响。通过正交试验优化出较佳的碳化工艺:即有机炭在碳化温度和碳化时间分别为1100℃、2h的条件下进行碳化。
The preparation for nanocrystalline WC powder is designed by means of an orthogonal experimental design, carburizing temperature and carburizing time on the phase and grain size of the final WC powder have been investigated. Through orthogonal experiments optimum carbonization technology is established: organic carbon, carburizing temperature is 1 050℃, and carburizing time is 3 hours.
