本文介绍了原花色素的结构与化学特性、制备与分析方法、应用与前景,并着重讨论了其生理功能,为其在功能性食品、药物、化妆品等领域的深入研究和开发提供参考。
The structure and chemical characteristic, the analysis method and preparation, the application and foreground of proanthocyanidin were introduced. At the same time, the physiology function of proanthocyanidin was intensively discussed. It is an important reference for deep research and development of proanthocyanidin in functional foods, medicines and cosmetics.
