湿处理条件下PLA纤维和PET纤维机械性能损失的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 虽然PLA纤维和PET纤维同属聚酯纤维,但两者在湿处理条件下的强度损伤差异极大。实验结果表明:PLA纤维在湿处理过程中的强度损伤与处理温度、pH值和处理时间密切相关,任何因素数值的增加,都将导致PLA纤维损伤的明显加剧;而PET纤维在湿处理条件下,即使是碱性条件,强度损伤也并不显著。 In this paper, the strength losses of PLA and PET fiber are comparatively studied. Although these two fibers are all the polyesters, the behavior of strength loss during the wet processing is totally different. The strength loss of PLA fiber is the function of the pH value of liquor, temperature and time of treatment. Any value increasing of these three factors would make the significant increase of the loss of the strength. While that of the PET fiber during the wet process is not decreased, even if in alkaline condition. The thus damage performance the PLA fiber indicates the fabric care during the home uses is very important.
