摘要
目的分析中枢神经感染患者脑脊液的免疫指标。方法聚丙烯凝胶电泳银染法测定寡克隆区带,火箭免疫电泳法同时测定IgG和白蛋白,计算血脑屏障通透性、IgG指数、IgG合成率。结果正常血脑屏障和异常血脑屏障时均有较高水平鞘内IgG的合成。结论中枢神经感染患者中枢神经组织内的体液免疫反应发挥着重要作用。
[Objective] To analyze the changes in permeability of the blood-brain barrier(BBB), IgG index, IgG synthesis rate (IgG-Syn) and oligoclonal band (OCB) in the cerebrospinal fluids of 77 patients with infection diseases of the central nervous system. [Methods] The silver nitrate straining after polyacrylamide gel eleetrophoresia was used to detect OCB, IgG and albumin were detected by rocket immune-electrophoresis. The calculations of IgG index and IgG synthesis rate and permeability of the blood-brain banier by the formulas. [Results] The respective positive rates were as follows: in infection diseases group, the normal BBB was 63.6% and abnormal BBB was 36.4%, OCB 34.7% and lgG-Syn 67.3% and IgG index 65.3% were appeared in 49 patients with normal BBB. OCB 53.6% and IgG-Syn 82.1% and IgG index 78.6% were appealed in 28 patients with abnormal BBB. The Chi-square test revealed a significant difference in respective positive rates between infection diseases group and control group(P 〈0.05). There were higher levels immunoglobulin IgG synthesis in the central nervous system with both normal BBB and abnormal BBB, while no significant difference between normal BBB and abnormal BBB (P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Humoral immune responses play an important role in the central nervous system of the infection diseases.
