羧甲基纤维素钠是葡萄糖聚合度为100-2000纤维素衍生物,属于改性天然纤维素,在食品工业中有着广泛应用。该文综述羧甲基纤维素钠的结构和性质,制备方法及其在食品工业中应用,并展望其发展前景。
Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is a sort of derivative cellulose which cone angles of glucose are 100-2000 and it belongs to natural cellulose modified.There is extensive application of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the food industry.Structure and character,the method of preparation and application in the food industry of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were surveyed in this article,The development prospect of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose has also been looked forward in the paper.
